A workplace, educational institution or public space must be for everyone. Today, too many LGBT+ people do not feel included or respected, and this is evident in surveys on wellbeing in all parts of society. By looking inwards at their own norms and frameworks, any workplace or institution can help all people towards a safer daily life. 

Therefore, LGBT+ Denmark offers a range of competency-developing services to private and public companies, institutions and associations that wish to gain greater knowledge about LGBT+ conditions and start by improving them in their own court. Our regular and proven courses target the workplace or professional staff with user contact. LGBT+ Denmark’s consultations are based on your specific organisation and give you concrete competence-enhancing tools based on your areas of action. 

We also offer shorter presentations on everything related to LGBT+ lives, rights and conditions, as well as consultancy for upskilling materials, projects or products.
