The LGBT+ community have won many rights with regards to family within this year and the previous, but it can still be very difficult to know and realize your rights when you’re trying to start a rainbow family.
In this webinar, LGBT+ Denmark's specialized family lawyer Max Maskell gives an overview of the options and rights when creating a LGBT+ family in Denmark to make you prepared for making the right decisions before and when you start your family.
You will get an overview of the different ways to create a LGBT+ family and what legal options and pitfalls you should be aware of when you start. The webinar will be in English and include information relevant to couples where one or several people are not from Denmark.
There will be no audio or camera for the participants, so it will be possible to participate and ask questions anonymously through the Q & A.
